Shipment & Returns Policy

Shipping

We use DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, UPS, Skyexpress, or equivalent courier services to ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product type. If we become aware of any significant delay, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a full refund where applicable.

Shipping charges vary by country and product. In many cases, shipping costs are included in the product price and will be clearly shown at checkout.


Returns Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • A free return label is included in the package.

  • There is no restocking fee.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@deemasfashion.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Use the included return label to send the item back.

  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged and returned within the 14-day window.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure orders

  • Sample dresses and dummy dresses

  • Fit-my-budget orders

  • Urgent orders

  • Wholesale orders

  • Sale items

  • Accessories and clutches

For defective or incorrect custom items, we offer a free rectification service.
